Do you bring your own cleaning products and equipment?

Yes. Our professional cleaners arrive fully equipped with eco-friendly cleaning products, microfiber cloths, HEPA vacuums, and all tools required for your clean.

Are your products eco-friendly and safe?

Always. We use non-toxic, biodegradable cleaning products that are safe for children, pets, and the environment. We avoid bleach unless specifically requested and approved.

Do you offer fragrance-free cleaning?

Yes. If you or someone in your household is scent-sensitive, simply request a fragrance-free clean when booking.

Do I need to be home during the clean?

No — though we recommend being home for your first visit so we can understand your preferences. After that, you can provide secure key or entry access if you prefer.

How do you keep my home secure?

We follow a strict key and entry code handling policy. All keys are coded anonymously and stored in a locked safe. Digital codes are encrypted and only accessible to management.

Are your cleaners vetted and insured?

Yes. Every Lenuma employee — never a contractor — passes a police background check, is insured and bonded, and covered by WCB. Your home and peace of mind are always protected.

Our Team and Membership Program.

Will I have the same cleaner every time?

We do our best to send the same cleaner or small team so they get to know your home and preferences. You’ll always be notified in advance if there’s a change.

How do I sign up for Lenuma Membership?

When you schedule recurring cleaning (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly), you automatically become a Lenuma Member — no sign-up or joining fee. Learn more about our Membership here.

Deep Cleaning and Special Services

Do you offer deep cleaning services?

Yes. Our deep cleaning covers neglected and hard-to-reach areas, including baseboards, grout, behind appliances, and more — ideal for seasonal refreshes or move-ins.

Can I book a one-time clean?

Yes. One-time cleans are available, and many clients choose to continue regularly after seeing the results.

Do you clean ovens, fridges, or windows?

We do. These are add-on services that can be booked with your regular or deep clean.

How do I book a cleaning?

What if I need to cancel or reschedule?

Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or changes to avoid a fee and help us maintain consistent schedules for our staff.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards via our secure online payment system. Regular clients are billed automatically after each service.

Quality and Satisfaction

How long will my clean take?

It depends on your home’s size and condition. A typical two-bedroom home takes 2–3 hours. You’ll receive a time estimate before your clean.

What if I’m not happy with my clean?

Your satisfaction is guaranteed. If something isn’t right, contact us within 24 hours and we’ll come back to make it right — no questions asked.

Do you sanitize equipment between homes?

Always. We use colour-coded cloths to prevent cross-contamination and disinfect all vacuums and tools between every visit.
